Too cold for kombucha

All ready to bottle up some rooibos and green tea kombucha today and they're just not ready. 
This cool change in the weather is slowing the fermentation process down. 
They'll need at least another week. 
Sorry if you've been hanging out for these yummy's, but you can't hurry a good thing
