The perfect post #Parkrun breakfast. Leek (from my mumma's garden), parsley and mint omelette (eggs from my girls out the back), topped with yellow and tiger cherry tomatoes with a big dollop of greek yogurt mixed with added dill, ground coriander and cumin and seasoned with salt and pepper. Followed with a nice cold glass of my kombucha. Now heading across to the beach for a refreshing swim and ocean cleanse. How did you start your morning today?
