Garden to the Plate

Lunch today was as simple as grating a zucchini (gifted from my friends garden), drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper topped with sliced tomato (from my garden) and (a leftover sausage from the local butcher). 
Thanks to my amazing friend Jenny for the tip on the salad, this is the bomb people, you must try it!
